EarthWork as a Spiritual Practice - Yoga & Meditation

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Working the land is a spiritual practice that engages our humanity. This is an interactive workshop/class session that will offer physical stretches and body movements to comfort, heal and strengthen bodies by practicing a series of asana (yoga poses) to help earth workers prevent injury, harm and pain, as well as help nurture their earth connection. Participants will learn mantras and meditations for earth workers and earth healers; words that affirm their creativity, ability and strength, words full of hope and promise. All participants should come in comfy clothes and be prepared to move and have fun!
